Email archive
✓ Both the embedded messages and embedded message attachments are handled separately. This supports single instancing and helps to save storage space.
✓ The Email Archive job’s shortcut configurations have been extended. It is possible to combine the advantages of two shortcuts; e.g. in 1st stage the “Keep original” shortcut can be used to archive the emails and in 2nd stage the old emails can be replaced with HTML shortcuts.
